TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you, the client agree to my terms of service. Regardless of whether you read this or not, my terms will be held against you.

COMMISSIONS

♡ Payments are to be given up front. I can do payment plans for commissions but all the money must be paid up front before I start. I don’t really have a time frame for payment plans, but please do try and keep it under 6months and communicate with me if issues happen♡I may take a minimum of a month to start. I have bad mental health and college. I don’t always have the best motivation, so please keep that in mind before commissioning me♡If I have started the commission and finished the sketch preview, refunds are no longer available unless I state I cannot finish your commission due to personal reasons♡I have every right to turn down a commission for any reason, without question. Please do not harass me if I turn down your commission♡ Unless you have paid for commercial use and discussed your plans with me, you as the client do not have any rights to sell my work. You may use it personally and print off the work for yourself but not for monetary reasons♡ please do not rush me. I understand my communication may seem bad, but if I do feel pressured I tend to get extremely anxious and scared to reply. I know it’s not down to you as the client to tiptoe around due to my mental health, but I would appreciate it if you could be patient with me, please♡I have the rights to use any art I create as examples for future commissions, etc.♡please do not take credit for my art and credit me whenever you post it

ADOPTABLES/CUSTOMS

♡All designs must be credited to me, even if you redesign them. You must still credit me for the initial design♡My designs must stay on toyhouse. You must be willing to make an account (I can supply you with a code) or must already have an account♡ My adopts will state if they are able to be used commercially during a post. Otherwise, with customs there is an extra fee that will be added for commercial use♡Proshippers/comshippers are not permitted to own or use my designs at all. If you sell my designs to one of those people I will blacklist you♡payment plans for adopts are usually about a month. Longer dates can be discussed if needed. Please make sure to communicate, I’ll be more willing to let plans go on longer if you’re willing to be more honest with me and not ignore me♡ For any payment plans there will be a down payment made depending on the auction. This down payment is non-refundable♡If I message you to please get rid of a design of mine (as in, ik you’re problematic, you’re on my blacklist etc) and you refuse to do so, I will revoke my designs from you by force. This isn’t something I do lightly. I do not want my work associated with problematic people. This doesn’t include giving ocs trauma or being a shitty person. This is specifically for proship content, involving illegal topics such as glorifying sexualised children, r@pe, abuse, etc. I have no problem if a character has experience pd these things. It’s only if it’s shown as a good/attractive thing
